If you have received a Summons to Appear for jury service, you may use this site to request a "postponement" or excused.

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:
    1.)  Enter your Barcode Number, it can be found on the top left corner on your summons form.
    2.)  Enter your date of birth. (MM/DD/YYYY).
    Click the SIGN IN button one time only.

Please follow the directions below to begin:

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:
     A.) Enter your personal identification number in the field marked "Barcide Number". Your personal identification number will be called "ID Number" on the Candidate Juror Questionnaire.  It is a 9 or 10 digit number located immediately below the bar code at the upper center of the document.
    B.) Enter your date of birth. (MM/DD/YYYY).
    Click the SIGN IN button one time only.

If you are unable to fill out the questionnaire on-line, please complete and submit the questionnaire by mail.
